How to be GDPR and other law requirements coincided
We in Re:plain are crazy about privacy and security. And for sure we are totally coincided to all legal requirements hopefully worldwide.
So the same way of work we wish to all our clients. Some companies have to be sure that their clients agreed with their privacy policies. Special for this we added a free feature called Add Policy.
It will easily allow you to add a link to your Privacy Policy and enable a tick that your client will have to place before start a conversation with you.
Here how you can operate with it
First of all prepare a page on your website, where you place all the legal documents that your customer should see.
Then go to Menu—Yourwebsite—Add Policy and read carefully the mask of your message.
Example: By clicking the "Send" button, you agree to [the processing of personal data](https://example.com/privacy)

Here what does it mean:
The words in a [square brackets] will be shown in Re:plain widget and it will become a link.
The words in a (round brackets) is a link to your website where you've placed your Legal documents
The rest text you can change as you'd like.
How does it looks like on your website:
Before your client will leave you his contact details you don't have any private data from him. So you can continue chatting. But at the moment when he will decide to leave it, he will have to tick a Privacy tickbox to confirm that he agrees to your Privacy Policy.
