How add and modify your predefined questions and answers.
Follow to the Menu — Your Website — Automate support— Control. And click +Add a question button to start.
On the second step you'll be able to type in the response that your client will get in a 2 seconds after he will click the question.
Our advice: use a human language to give a personal touch to your answer.
You can also choose your answer from your Response templates, then you'll be able to edit as question and answer, to Edit, just click one question.

Note: Automate support update
We've improved this power-up! Now you can turn off the Automate support notification to chat operators. Configuration is done at the question level, so you can disable notifications for certain questions, not for all questions at once.
